Easy to return and exchange
When you buy from us, you can get your money back, or exchange for another product, within 14 days. This is assuming that you have not used the product, and that the product is returned in original packaging with tags.
Products that have been subjected to a burning odor, makeup, animal hair, perfume or other harmful effects cannot be returned.
You pay the shipping costs – when we have received the product, we will contact you and will refund the full amount to your account immediately.

This is how quickly we deliver the package to you
We ship the item to you within 1-3 business days.
We have listed along with each item, whether it’s currently in stock or whether the product has a longer delivery time than 1-3 working days.
If you place an order for a product that is not in stock, you will receive an email from us as soon as possible.

We ship and deliver safely and quickly
All our products are safely and quickly shipped to you with either Post Danmark or DAO365. You can choose your preferred shipping provider when you place your order. Should delays be caused by either Post Danmark or DAO365, Noella Fashion can not be held liable. In case of non-delivery, Noella Fashion will obviously ship a new delivery without any additional charge.
General delivery information
We send all packages by parcel post, making it possible to track the package, if problems should occur. The goods are insured in transit, and please check the package contents upon receipt. If the package and/or contents are damaged when you receive it, please report it to the selected shipping agent immediately, or within 2 days of receipt, and return the package to us afterwards. Noella Fashion is not responsible for goods damaged in transit. We always pack the goods with utmost care, so the risk of damage during shipping is minimized.
We accept no liability for errors and items that are sold out.
How to pay safely with us
You can safely and securely pay by card and Mobilepay with us. Your purchase is handled by our payment partners. Therefore, we guarantee that your purchase is completed quickly, safely and securely. We accept all ordinary cards such as Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard. In addition, we accept Mobilepay.
Noella Fashion does not have access to your personal card details.
The amount will not be debited from your account, until the goods are shipped from our warehouse.
You will receive an order confirmation via email when you buy from us.
It is safe to shop with us
When you shop with Noella Fashion, security is our top priority. All payments are made using an SSL-encrypted (Secure Socket Layer) connection, and it is thus only our payment partners, who have access to your data and credit card information. Your credit card information is 100% confidential and we guarantee that no one else can access them.
I want to return an item – how?
The item must be returned unused in original packaging and in the same condition as the item arrived in. You pay return shipping fee. It is your responsibility that the product is returned to us, and we therefore recommend that you use a shipping agent that lets you track the package.

I want to exchange a product
You can always exchange your item for another color, size or a completely different product. Return shipping fee is paid by you, and you also pay the shipping fee for sending the new product. It is your responsibility that the product is returned to us, and we therefore recommend that you use a shipping agent that lets you track the package.
You can look at our webshop to see if the new item you want is in stock. You can then send us an email to email@example.com containing your order number and desired product size and color. Then we can reserve the desired item for you.
I want to complain about a product
you have 2 years warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This is assuming that the error is not caused by normal wear and tear or incorrect use.
If you wish to complain about a product, simply send the product back to us and we will determine if the product should be repaired, replaced or money refunded.
You must send an email to info@noellafashion as soon as, or within 2 months after, you discover defects or errors on your purchased item. We want help you with your claim as best we can, and obviously we will reimburse you for the return shipping fee in case of incorrect deliveries or complaints cases.
